3rd. Is a second nuclear powered aircraft carrier to come Japan?

 - Adm. Keating never heard such matter.
 - Even though the U.S. is forced to deploys considerable size of military forces in the Middle East, U.S. Pacific Command still has enough capability to deal with contingencies.
 - It is not true that the U.S. withdraw its marine stationed in Okinawa to Guam due to fear of missile attack by China.

Comment;

It is rumored that the U.S. will deploy "USS Abraham Lincoln, CVN-72" following "USS George Washington, CVN-73." Although Adm. Keating denied such rumor, it is not clear whether he talked truth or not. Because such plan could be a "military secret."

For your ref.>All of the U.S. naval vessels will be nuclear-powered

- 5th. Section. Technological innovation over the U.S. Pacific Command is progressing

In Guam, the U.S. military forces is being building up. Many aircraft -- fighter jet F-22, strategic bomber B-1, B-52, stealth bomber B-2 and refueling aircraft -- are deployed.
Along with the bases in Hawaii, Guam is the main hub of the U.S. strategy in Asia.

For your ref.>So called "Assassin in dark", stealth bomber B2 have deployed at Guam

- 6th. Section. How to deal with the milirary threat from China?

 - China is not an enemy.
 - China had better be invited to small scale joint military drill by the U.S. and Japan.
 - It is not necessary to review the U.S.-Japan Security Pact.

Comment;

Off course, and needless to say, China is a potential enemy of the U.S. and Japan. And Japan depends on the U.S. concerning national security.
But Japan's happy period since the end of the WW2 is just beginning to end. The U.S. is meaninglessly wasting its national power in Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, subprime tormoil has made a second attacks on the U.S.
Taking a collapse of the U.S. hegemony into consideration, Japan should now reconsider its national strategy for the sake of "real independent."
